Return Window

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For opened smart devices, a 15-day return window applies with a restocking fee.

  • Unopened products in original packaging

  • Items not matching the description
  • Wrong items shipped by error
  • Products with manufacturing defects

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-configured smart home systems
  • Installed security cameras or sensors
  • Products damaged due to misuse or neglect
  • Items past the return window
  • Software licenses or digital downloads
